As a store manager I want to see the Credit History for a customer so that I can reconcile their account
Notes:
- Display on the page: Account Balance
- Credits can only be added to the account when the account has a negative balance
- Columns to be displayed in the grid:
- Adjustment Date: Business day credit was adjusted (mm/dd/yyyy)
- Previous Account Balance: Credit balance prior to adjustment
- Adjustment Amount: Amount credit was adjusted by
- New Account Balance: Credit balance after credit adjustment
- Reason: Explanation for credit adjustment
- Comments: Optional text field to describe the credit adjustment
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that the Account Balance is displayed on the page
- Confirm that the following columns are available in the grid:
- Adjustment Date
- Previous Account Balance
- Adjustment Amount
- New Account Balance
- Reason
- Comments
- Confirm that data is displayed accurately in each of the columns
- Confirm that the same data, in terms of date/retention, that is pulled back in MMS is also pulled back in MxC
