As a store manager I want the Customer History page to include the nice to haves so that the page is consistent with other MxC pages

- Display message in grid when no records are present

Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm a message is displayed under the grid headers when there are no history records for the customer //CW 1-31 : this works already
- Confirm history records, and not a message are displayed under the grid headers when there are no history records for the customer
- On page load detail row data should expand the entire length of screen and a blank space for the panel should not be observed. When the user clicks the row, respond by displaying the panel like we currently do on order history.
- Overall alignment of the column values needs to be worked on
- Verbiage when INVOICE # is 'blank' - should it state no invoice # provided or something to that effect?
