As an admin, I would like stores with the attribute DFL to be added to the DFL Master hierarchy location.
Details
Anytime a store has the value "DFL" in the "LocationSubtypeCode" attribute in the "Location_All" file, that store should be automatically moved under the "DFL Master" hierarchy and the rest of the attributes for the store should be imported as expected today.

- When a store includes the value "DFL" in the "LocationSubtypeCode" attribute, that store is automatically imported under the "DFL Master" hierarchy level.
- All the data for the DFL store is imported as expected.
- Stores that do not include "DFL" as a value in the "LocationSubtypeCode" attribute are imported as expected including all their data.
