As a user, I would like the sample items that I select to populate a grid in the Record Samples page.

Description is sortable but the rest of the headers are not.

Confirm
- The user can select items from the Add Items modal and these items populate the grid.
- The grid is labeled and configured like the screenshot above.
- The Description column is sorts the grid but the other columns do not.
- Only the Unit column includes text input fields.
- The reason column is prepopulated with "Sample".
- Clicking the trashcan icon removes the item from the grid.
