As an admin, I would like dynamic routing for the Forecast section.

New Config - "Operations > Setup > Configurations Manager > Mobile2 > Use Mobile2 Forecast"

Confirm with new config enabled the following items route to blank M2 pages

1. Forecast
   1. Sales - Header - "Forecasting - %%%" Same page as "Transactions". The header changes based on a selection the user makes in the page. This header functionality should be added later.
   2. Transactions - Header - "Forecasting - %%%" Same page as "Sales". The header changes based on a selection the user makes in the page. This header functionality should be added later.
   3. Sales Items - Header - "Forecasting - Sales Items"
   4. Promotions - Header - "Forecasting - Promotions"
   5. Events - Header - "Event Calendar"
   6. Manage Events - Header - "Manage Events"
   7. Sales Item Mirroring - Header - "Forecast Mirroring - Sales Items"
   8. Store Mirroring - Header - "Forecast Mirroring - Stores"
   9. Forecast Evaluator - Header - "Evaluator"
   10. Sales Item Evaluator - Header - "Sales Item Evaluator"
