As a user, I would like to be able to add customers in M2.

*Confirm in "Customers > Customer Management > + Add Customers"
- Clicking "+ Add Customers" button takes the user to the Add Customers page.
- The M2 UI matches the MxC UI in the Add Customers page.
- "Additional Information" defaults to collapsed.
- The user can update the new customer info and save a customer.
