As a user, I would like to be able to see record by record details in Customer History

Changes to the UI
The details panel should change from MxC as follows.
- The panel should be titled Details
- Each data row should have the data title in the left column and the actual data in the right column. This follows the Transfer Details side panel model.

- The side panel Details section is available to the user when a data row is selected.
- The selected row is highlighted
- The data in the Details section is specific to the selected record
- The first row is preselected.
- If there is no data, the details panel is hidden.
- If there is no data for a customer the grid is empty but the headers are still present. This is a change from MxC
- Show the "No data" info message.
