The Suggest Count Export is not dumping a list of all items in the travel path with blank data

Hello Team

The "Suggested Count Export" seem to be missing the AC "List of all items in the travel path with blank data for all Stores in the zone "Suggested Count Export"

Environment: MXC JAT

Steps:

• Go to MXC/Administration/Data Export
• Select "Suggested Counted Export"
• Date Range : Today
• Destination: Download center 

The generated Export presented only 7 Stores, Although the "Suggested Count Zone" has 22 Stores".
