As a user, I would like to be able to edit existing customers in M2

Adding edit functionality to Customer Management

- Clicking the Edit icon take the user to the customer information page
- The user can edit and update the existing customer information and save.
- When editing an existing customer there is a "History" button that takes the user to the customer history page
- When editing an existing customer, there is a "Credit Management" button. The destination for this button will be update in subsequent stories.
