As a user, I would like the Outside Sales report to include outside sales that do not have an assigned customer.
Details
With food truck sales coming in as outside sales, CFA would like to start including more types of outside sales in the Outside Sales report. Specifically, outside sales without a customer assigned especially since there will no longer be a requirement to assign customers to some outside sales.

- All outside sales from the date range selected are in the Outside Sales report regardless of customer assignment.
- The "Customer" cell is blank when there is an outside sale without an assigned customer.
