As a developer I would like to have SSO working.
Description
MXC SSO - in Sandbox user has to click Legacy MMS link or MMS bookmark twice.
Steps:
1) Log into https://m-cfasbx.cfainformdev.net using Okta credentials
2) Click Utilities/Legacy menu link
3) User is taken to MMS Login page that redirects to MXC
4) Click Utilities/Legacy menu link again
5) User is logged into MMS
