      As a user, I would like the "Counts" UI to be populated.

      This count UI applies to all count types.

      AC

      1. The Counts UI includes 2 grids. The "Locations" grind and the "Items" grid.
        1. The left grid has 2 columns.
        2. The right grid is labeled:
          1. Description (Code)
          2. Case
          3. Inner
          4. Unit
          5. Variance
          6. A last unlabeled column
      2. There are several buttons and dropdowns along the top of the page.
        1. Left justified (Different than MxC):
          1. The "Location" dropdown which includes Locations and Items
        2. Right justified starting left to right (Different than MxC)
          1. The "View All Items" dropdown. Options include:
            1. View All Items (default)
            2. Items Not Counted for 14 Days
            3. Items Not Counted for 30 Days
            4. Items Not Counted Since ...
            5. Items Not Counted - Custom Days
          2. The "Sort By Travel Path" dropdown. Options include:
            1. Sort by Travel Path (Default)
            2. Last Count Descending
            3. Last Count Ascending
          3. The "Edit Travel Path" button
          4. The "Actions" dropdown. Options include:
            1. Apply
            2. Save
            3. Review Count
            4. Delete
