M2 WF - Unable to update task

Scenario - As an operator I am going thru the Work Flow and completing the Change Fund tasks (as an example). After simply choosing to right click and COMPLETE the task for Change Fund Deposit, I decide to log out. When I log back in I see an RED toast message near my profile that reads 'Unable to update task Status'. 

Steps to recreate : 

1. Login to M2 Mobile in testing (https://m.informtesting.cfahome.com/m2) as wilson.yang1/123456
2. Complete the Work Flow option for Opening Change Fund by click the gear and choose complete.
3. The task completes successfully and turns green. 
4. Log out of M2 as wilson.yang1 by using the profile icon dropdown and selecting Logout 
5.  Log back in as wilson.yang1/123456

Actual:  a Red Toast is displayed with the message 'Unable to update task Status'. This should not display since task is complete.

Expected: I don't think we want to see that the task was not update. We don't see that now and it appears in fact the task was updated.

Another point of interest, when I log in again the error message still displays on the page. Simply log into testing now and you will see it.
