M2 Work Flow - Overriding Finalize Day as System Admin does trigger the next days WF

Scenario - After a system admin logs into MXC M2 and overrides all current WF July 2, 2021 in testing.  01919 

Steps to reproduce: 

1.Login to MXC M2 as a System Admin 

2. Click the gear and Override all WF menu options and arrive at Finalize Day

3. Override the Finalize Day menu option

Expected result:

System should recognize the WF has been completely overridden and should refresh to the next WF Day.

Actual result:

All Workflow menu options display as Overridden (Orange color) and the WF is not advanced.
