M2 Workflow - when unpinned the Date and Calendar icon are not displayed on the page

Scenario - when the Workflow Pin is set to UNPIN  and any of the Work Flow menu's are clicked (assuming previous work flow tasks are complete) and the page for that task is displayed, we should see the Date and Calendar icon on the page when the WF collapses

Steps to recreate: 

1. Logon to MXC M2 testing environment as abbey.woudstra1/password 
2. Click the PIN to set it to the UNPIN state (forward slash position if you will)
3. Click on the Opening Change Fund menu option on the Work Flow
4. Work flow collapse and Opening Change Fund page displays

Expected Result :

All pages that display as this page due when the WF menu is clicked should have a Date and Calendar icon like you see in this image (top left)
 

Actual result: 

This Date and Calendar Icon are not currently displayed while in M2
