M2 - WorkFlow - Multiple Users Editing Workflow at the Same Time

Scenario - If there are multiple users editing the workflow at the same time, each user should be alerted if a section they are currently in is edited by the other user.

Steps to recreate: 

Login to M2 as matt.listi/123456 using EDGE in session #1 

Login to M2 as matt.listi/123456 using Chrome in session #2

Session #1 & #2 - pin the work flow

Session #1 - in session #1 - click on the opening Change Fund task and enter the Cashier Tills amount and Authorize

Expected result : Session #2  displays a message immediately and menu turns dark blue

Actual Result: 

When viewing session # 2 - the 'dirty' message is not displayed as expected.
