MxC Prod bug Work Flow - Finalize Day banner that says "Complete prior Workflow tasks before Authorizing" is caching and displays for prior days that have already been finalized

Scenario - After completing all work flow menu options for a day and a new WF menu is presented. If the User clicks the Finalize Day Work Flow menu first - a banner that says "Complete prior Workflow tasks before Authorizing" will display. This is normal. Now using the date picker while on the FD page scroll back in time viewing other days. The Banner remains and displays with the complete banner. Some sort of caching issue here.

Steps to recreate: 

After finding a store with an incomplete work flow, click on Finalize Day and get the banner to display --> "Complete prior Workflow tasks before Authorizing"

Complete Finalize Day.

Finalize Day completes for the day and green banner is displayed -"Business day was finalized by charles.wheeler on Mar 7, 2022 at 1:27 PM"  along with the "Complete prior Workflow tasks before Authorizing" information banner.

Click the date picker left scroll arrow

Scroll back in time while on the FD page

Actual result: 

The "Business day was finalized by charles.wheeler on Mar 7, 2022 at 1:27 PM"  along with the "Complete prior Workflow tasks before Authorizing" information banners are displayed. 

Expected Result:

If while seeing the above result you click on any other menu option or simply refresh the page the "Complete prior Workflow tasks before Authorizing" is removed leaving only the "Business day was finalized by charles.wheeler on Mar 7, 2022 at 1:27 PM" . This is what we would expect when scrolling back in time since the day has been authorized already.
