Request from CFA

CFA would like the “Monies to be Deposited” field to be included in the Cash Day Summary (CDS) so the field can be placed in the CFA database.

Section of the CDS to include the field:

• BankInfo.SmartSafeDepositDetailInfo (see screenshot and attached file for a mock-up of the new field)

InFORM Requirements:

• When the CDS is exported and there is a value in the Monies To Be Deposited field of the Deposits page, the value is included in the CDS
• When cashiers enter the system as Sales After Finalized Day (SAFD) that end up changing Monies To Be Deposited, the new Monies To Be Deposited value is included in the CDS
• MoniesToBeDeposited field is a required field in each SmartSafeDepositDetail section of the CDS

CFA Requirements:

• Update the Axway API Gateway to accept the new schema
• Update the Java 1.0 App to accept the new schema and add the value to the new CFARIS column
• Add a new column to RIS.CFA_Smart_Safes called Monies_To_Be_Deposited
