M2 Orders - Add Order Modal

      Description

      Story

      As a user, I would like the "Add Order" Modal implemented in MxNext as it is in MxConnect

       

      AC

      1. If there are transfers to be received, the user is presented with the Pending Transfers modal.
      2. If there are no transfers to be received, then the add order modal opens.
      3. The user can select:
        1. A distributor assigned to the store
        2. A delivery day with date and time picker (user is allowed to select a time in 15 min increments)
          1. Date can not be in the past
        3. A Cover Until date.
          1. Cover until must be later than the delivery date
        4. A Confirm button that is disabled until all the fields are complete
        5. A Cancel button.
      4. All the conditions should match MxConnect.
      5. If there is an existing order for the same store and distributor then display the following message:
      6. Cover Until Date can't exceed 7 days past the delivery date Will be implemented in CFAMX-21850
      7. draft order date has exceeded the delivery date, then the prompt to delete that order is shown and NOT the new modal
