M2 Orders - Favorites Selection in Create Order Modal

      Details

      In the Add Orders modal, all distributor has a star next to it in the dropdown. This star allows the user to select their "favorite" distributor which is the one that populates the modal by default.

      AC

      1. Each individual distributor in the list has a start next to it.
      2. The user can select their favorite by clicking an empty star
        1. The star fills blue
      3. The next time the user opens the modal their chosen favorite is the default option.
      4. If not favorite has been chosen then the default is the top distributor in the list.
