      1. When TBCs are uploaded for previous days, and the user is completing the most recent workflow, when going to the TBC task the user is prompted to resolve them prior to completing the current business date
      2. The user is notified that they are being asked to correct data for past dates
      3. The data for past dates must be resolved before the user can advance the date to the current date
      4. TBC uploaded without a customer, customer must be assigned to TBC
      5. The check for TBC's goes back to the first day of the month the workflow instance is currently on.
