      Customer History -> Back button is broken

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into M2
      2. Navigate to Customers > Customer Management
      3. Click on the "History" button
      4. Click 'Back'

      Expected Result:

      The user must be directed to the previous page

      Actual Result:

      The user is not redirected
