      Opening the Apply to Invoice Modal

      AC

      1. When unapplied collected sales rows are selected in the collected sales page the actions button is labeled "Apply to Invoice"
      2. When the user clicks the "Apply to Invoice" button, the Select Customer modal opens.
      3. The modal includes:
        1. A text field labeled "Customer"
          1. This field is defaulted to the customer from the row initially selected.
        2. There is a Cancel and Continue button.
