As a user, I would like to be able to select the number of records to display in a single page in the Apply Payment screen of Collected Sales

This functionality is specific to this one location in InFORM. The user is allowed to change the displayed record count in the grid.
AC
- The page includes a "Rows Per Page" filter.
- The user can select 20, 40, 60, or 100 rows.
- The default is 20 Rows.
- When the user makes a selection, the row count in the grid updates to match.
