M2(Bug) - Collected Sales - Incorrect action button displayed

Defect Details

When unapplied collected sales rows are selected in the collected sales page the actions button is labeled "View Applied Invoices" instead of "Apply to Invoice"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Mobile
2. Navigate to Customers > Collected Sales
3. Select Unapplied
4. View the results
5. Change store
6. navigate to Customers > Collected Sales

Expected Result:

Actions button is labeled "View Applied Invoices" instead of "Apply to Invoice" on Unapplied collected sales

Actual Result:

When unapplied collected sales rows are selected in the collected sales page the actions button is labeled "Apply to Invoice".
