Daily Stock Balance process doesn't update some items

The Daily stock balance process doesn't update some items, the LastBusinessDay and  LastSentCorrectionBusinessDay in tbEntityItemDailyStockBalance Don't update.

Example : EntityID = 205 and Item ID = 15

For the last couple days we don't see the LastBusinessDay and  LastSentCorrectionBusinessDay in tbEntityItemDailyStockBalance change as shown below:

We have a script to update the Daily stock balance tables to go back and include the missing days when the daily stock balance task runs but it looks like it doesn't update the dates, and when we check again we don't see an update for the itemID = 15 and some other items.

I don't see introduction date in tbEntityItem, is this could be related to this issue? I see inventory activity on this item 

The following is what we see this morning 04/21 after we ran the script to look back to include the missing days, I will add another screenshot after the Daily Stock Balance task next run.
