Suggested Count Export - Store 01919 should display in MXC export however it does not

Scenario- After creating a Monthly Count for Stores 01919 and 00713 (both stores in the Suggested Count Zone) AND running the Suggested Count Export in MXC and on the Server Manager we notice that 01919 is not displayed in the Export for MXC BUT it does display in export on Server Manager.

Steps to Reproduce: 

Login the MXC 

Create Monthly Counts for store 00713 ( on 4/29) and 01919 ( on 4/28) 

Run the Suggested Count Export for TODAY 

Export generated to the Download Center 

Review Export 

Expected Results 

01919 should display count but it is not displayed, 00713 is displayed as expected (See attached SuggestCountAll_20220429_102019  --this is the file that does not have 01919) 

Server Manager file includes 01919 (SuggestCountAll_20220429_102646_A_20220429)
