Customer Sales Report - "Show only TBC Sales" check box not working

Description

When running the Customer Sales Report with the "Show only TBC Sales" check box marked, they still got the version of the report with non-TBCs.
Environment : PROD
Store : Example 02584 and 01919
 Steps
1. Navigate to URL https://m.inform.cfahome.com/?bypass_sso=true 
2. Navigate to Store 01175
3. Run Customer Sales Report for previous 14 days, TBCs only, in MxC
4. Run Customer Sales Report for previous 14 days, TBCs only, in MMS (the report will be a little different from the MxC version)

5.Run Customer Sales Report for previous 14 days, DON'T SELECT TBCs only, in MxC (the report will be the same as the TBCs only version in MxC)

Expected : When the customer sales report is ran in MMS and MxC they should be the same and when TBC's only is checked that only TBC's are displayed

Can we determine why the report is different when running in MxC vs MMS and why when TBC's only is checked it doesn't display only TBC's
