Duplicate banking records on the deposits page

Environment : PROD
Store : Example 01383 and 04120
 Steps
1. Navigate to URL https://m.inform.cfahome.com/?bypass_sso=true 
2. Navigate to Store 04120
3. Workflow > Deposits

Results ;  Duplicate banking deposits **

Can we determine why duplicate banking records are still happening?  The fix was put into 2022.R2
