As a user, I do not want to see sales rows in the Outside Sales report that are assigned to the "InFORM Systematic Customer for Outside Sales"

For this story we will create a check box in the outside sales report that lets the user choose to include or exclude outside sales assigned to the hidden "InFORM Systematic Customer for Outside Sales" customer.

How users with permission to see hidden customers should see the report UI

The functionality should to interact with the checkbox should be controlled by the "Hidden Customer" security item.

AC

1. User with permission can see the new checkbox in the Outside Sales report.
2. The checkbox is unchecked by default and returns to unchecked if the page is reloaded.
3. The report does not include outside sales assigned to the "InFORM Systematic Customer for Outside Sales" for users who don't have permission to view the checkbox.
4. With the checkbox selected, the report includes sales assigned to the hidden "nFORM Systematic Customer for Outside Sales"
5. With the checkbox unselected, the report does not include outside sales assigned to the hidden "nFORM Systematic Customer for Outside Sales" customer.
