      Description

      Description

The issue began impacting this restaurant sometime between 4/10 and 4/17 ( incorrect UPT values for non-recipe items)

Impacted restaurants have reported stock outs of these critical inventory items so we'd like to have it resolved as soon as possible to prevent future stock outs.

CFA reported this issue for multiple stores (01882, 02955)

The following screenshot is showing what CFA expecting to see as the UPT Factor (Orange Column) and what is currently available in as the UPT Factor in MXC (Yellow Column)

      Ex ItemID 2115 & EntityID = 1027

      In MXC UPT = 0.0485

According to our research the UPT is coming from UPTQty column in tbEntityItem table

      UPT Factor = ( Inventory Usage / Net Sales ) * 1000

Inventory Usage = Opening On Hand + Receivings (Truck Orders) + Transfers In - Transfers Out - Closing On Hand
