Update existing DayOpen/ DayClose server manager task to close workflow automatically if there is no transaction for previous day.
AC:
DayOpen/ DayClose task should add messages to the queue.
On processing messages from queue check for previous day sales
When a store is in CloudLink zone and the previous day has no sales, close the workflow for previous day.
