TESTING - INF-10540 - Manage Events - there is not link from MMS

Manage Events - there is not link from MMS. Manage Events is not under Forecasting menu link in MMS. Currently each forecasting link has embedded link as well as new tab direct link.
For example, links for Forecast/Sales:
◾Embedded MxConnect Forecast - Sales: Stores MMS_Stores_ExternalSite.aspx?url=/Forecasting/View?metric=sales
◾New Tab MxConnect Forecast Sales Direct: https://m.informtesting.cfahome.com/#/Forecasting/View?metric=sales

Note: This was a missed requirement, , the team tell me that there are plenty of examples of scripts that insert these, if I recall correctly, David Nayyar said to look for something with ?tbMenu/tbMenuItem? in it??

Reproduction Steps:
Manage Events is not under Forecasting link in MMS 

Expected Results:
Manage Events should be under Forecasting link in MMS. Currently each forecasting link has embedded link as well as new tab direct link. 
