As an admin, I would like to be able to create a generic customer that is assigned to all stores.

Details

The goal of this story is to:

1. Create a new Customer that is assigned to all InFORM locations.
   1. This customer needs to be added to production when the when R4 is deployed.
2. Hide this customer and from users without permission to view.

Basically, we need to make a hidden customer without adding a UI to do so.

New Customer Name: InFORM Systematic Customer for Outside Sales

Security Group and Security Item Info

• Security Items > Customers

New Security Item Name: Customers - View Hidden Customers
Description Details: This allows admins to view hidden customers.

Future Work for This New System Customer

• Automatically assign the customer to new locations.
• Automatically assign the customer to outside sales without a customer where the tender type is not TBC
• Hide the generic customer from some reports.

1. The hidden customer is assigned to all locations.
   1. It is very unlikely, but if there is a naming conflict in a store, please let me know.
2. The new permission (security item) exists. see above
   1. Users assigned to Security Groups where the permission is ENABLED:
      1. Can view the the customer in Customer Management when the filter is set to "Active" or "All Customers"
   2. Users assigned to Security Groups where the permission is DISABLED:
      1. Can not view the customer in Customer Management
3. We have a way to create this hidden customer in production when R4 is deployed.
