      Description

Install CloudLink in Sandbox aws servers (newly added for Livelink, CloudLink) testing.
Set up: 2 LL servers with CloudLink
approx around 6 million transactions coming through per day. around 5000 per minute on average.
LL currently is able to handle around ~9000 and we will target up to 10000 messages per minute during peak time.
We will push 20000 messages to SQS queue and will try different Cloudlink configurations like thread number, batch count, number of instances.. We we would like to see how Cloudlink handles these messages to be able to process at least 10000 messages per minute.

We will be testing both regular transaction and deferred transactions at the same time.
