As a user, I would like to be able to edit or delete the sales exclusion records I previously entered.

- When the user clicks the Edit icon, the "Sales Exclusion Type" dropdown and "Sales Exclusion Amount" editable field are available.
- The user can then adjust the record and re-save.
- When the user clicks the Delete icon, they are presented with the "Confirm Delete" modal.
- Modal text: "This data will be deleted. Are you sure you want to continue?"
- Modal includes a "Cancel" and "Continue" button.
- When the user clicks Cancel, the modal closes.
- When the user clicks Continue, the record is deleted.
- If that was the only record, the section reverts to the default state.
