The TBC/Outside Sales page is expected to behave in the following manner:
- A TBC or Outside Sale enters InFORM from the POS after the day has already been finalized
- The next time that a user goes to the TBC/Outside Sales page, InFORM should present a warning message indicating that a previous date has an unassigned record, and then automatically redirect them to that previous date so they can take action
(Expected behavior can be found in the FRD found in Jira ticket INF-3518)(See attached screenshot of the FRD)
However, this expected behavior is not occurring. When I go to the TBC/Outside Sales page for a location that has had a record come in after the day was finalized, I am not redirected to that previous date to then take action on the unassigned record.
