      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Login to MxConnect
      2. Change Store to 00442 - College Mall
      3. Navigate to Customers > Customer Management
      4. Click the Pencil icon next to an existing icon
      5. Enter a 10 digit or more in the Phone and Fax Fields

      Expected Result
      Phone and Fax numbers should automatically be formatted for Domestic and International numbers

      Actual Result
      Numbers are not formatted
