      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to MxC
      2. Navigate to "Mark End of Month"
      3. Complete all tasks
      4.  Put the Supplier invoices in review state
      5. Complete EOM

      Expected Results:

      EOM to complete successfully

      Actual Results:

      The button is disabled, unable to complete EOM
