Request from CFA
The wage accrual section accounts for wages in the final incomplete pay period of the month. CFA provides dates to Fourth to be entered as the first day of the final pay period. These dates dictate the # of days in which wages will be accrued within the a month (represented as ‘Please accrue for ‘#’ day(s)’.
We will now need to include a line that references the accrual days for New York Restaurants. New York Restaurants pay weekly, so their number of wage accrual days are different from all other stores.
- CFA will provide the dates for New York last monthly pay period
- A new line will be added to Wage Accrual section that references New York # of days
- X days = (Last day of month - Date provide by CFA) - any included sundays.
This should work the same as it currently does for all stores (line 1), except that a separate starting date will dictate X days (line 3).
