Story
As a user, I would like to know the number of days to include in my wage accrual section if my store is located in New York state.
Details
Original wage accrual section stories: CFAMX-3140; CFAMX-3145
Update
New York state employees are paid on a weekly basis. This changes the unpaid wage accrual days for those stores. CFA would like to add a line in Wage Accruals that includes the days of unpaid wages so that NY state locations have a valid point of reference.
Note: This new line in the Wage Accrual section (see text in red in the image below) is not specific to NY locations and should be visible in all stores that are configured to see the line.
Configuration
- Path: "Operations > Setup > Configuration Manager > Mobile > Administration"
- Config Name: Display NY Wage Accrual Details in EOM
- ? Icon Text: Displays the New York specific wage accrual days line in the Wage Accrual section of End of Month.
CFA will provide the "X" value annually in the same way they supply the business days and dates in the existing text. All we have to do is store and display it.
Model for this Update
This feature should function in the same way as the other lines in the section. Please see CFAMX-3145 as a reference. Below is an example of the data provided for the existing functionality:
We should expect the New York days to be provided in the same way and should duplicate the storage for the New York data. None of the data should be required.
We should take this data and display the correct value in the correct corresponding month.
AC
Confirm
- The wage accrual section includes a new line formatted like the image provided
- "New York weekly payroll only: Please accrue for "X" day(s)."
- The new text line displays in all EOM wage accrual sections where the config is enabled and does not display when the config is disabled.
- The value for "X" is correlated to each month and should display correctly based on this correlation.
