Outside Sale w/Customer Name from POS - hidden from view much like 'Systematic Cust - Outside Sls'

Scenario - regression - created several Outside Sales on the POS, fully paid and not fully paid , w/ and w/o customer/account name. Turn config OFF (Customers - View Hidden Customers) 

Steps:

1. Create Outside Sale on POS on July 27 store 00096 - Avalon Recreation. This is an Outside Sale that is completely paid. 
2. Create Outside Sale on POS on July 27 store 00096 - Jacob Wheeler. This is an Outside Sale that is partially paid with Cash and TBC. 
3. Create Outside Sale on POS on July 27 store 00096 - [No Customer Name]. This is an Outside Sale that is completely paid. 
4. Create Outside Sale on POS on July 27 store 00096 - [No Customer Name]. This is an Outside Sale that is NOT completely paid. Cash and has TBC.
5. View TBC Outside Sales page with config OFF

  5. Turn config ON. And based on the data above we would still expect to see row 1 and row 2 since they have Customer Names assigned. #1 should display even though it is completely paid 

Defect

Display all Outside Sales that are fully paid and that have a pre-existing Account Name. In this case, we are hiding both Avalon Recreation and 'Systematic Cust - Outside Sls'. We want to display 'Avalon Recreation'
