M2 Bug - Employ list is not pulling through with out clearing the cache

      Details:

      When I change stores and navigate to Utilities -> Employee Setup then that store's employee list is not getting pulled through.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Log into the test site
      Change to store - 01023 - Kingsland
      Navigate to Utilities -> Employee Setup
      Note the list of Employees
      Change store to 00442 - College Mall
      Navigate to Utilities -> Employee Setup

      Expected Result

      The employee list of the store must be displayed

      Actual Result

      The list being displayed is from the previous store.
