      Description

      Story

As a user, I would like the Armored Car Link to be in a more ascetically pleasing location on the page.

      Details

Currently, the Armored car links in the Change Fund Received and Closing Change Fund are kind of floating the middle of the sub header. See below

We should move these closer to the "Actions" button in each page. I think about 15 pixels away from the button should do. `

If we can get the right hand end of the link about 15 pixels from the Action button, that would be great. I know there is padding on the button so anything close that should work. The goal is to make the link feel more connected to the order of the page instead of floating out on it's own.

      AC

      1. The armored car links in both the Change Fund Received and Closing Change Fund pages are closer to the "Actions" button and feel more connected to the rest of the page alignment.
