As a user, I would like items counted at multiple locations to calculate correctly.

Details

We have to properly account for locations when we recalculate the on hand.

The current functionality for items that are assigned to multiple locations is a count is:

• If the user only counts the item in one of the locations, the on hand is updated directly with that value.
• If the user counts the item in multiple locations, the counts are summed up and the sum updates the system on hand.

For this update we want to basically follow that pattern with a key change:

• If the user only counts an item in one location, the on hand is calculated based on the count at that location.
• If the user counts the item in multiple locations, the user counts are summed and the on hand is recalculated

Locations

1. If the user only counts one location (leaves all other locations blank) the system on hand is updated with the calculated counted value.
   1. If the user counts an item in multiple locations, we should sum the user counts first than calculate the on hand based on the sum.

This functionality is enabled and disabled with the config:
Operations > Setup > Configuration Manager > Mobile > "Recalculate On Hand on Count Apply"

For items that are assigned to multiple locations in a count:

1. When a user counts an item at a single location (the other locations are left blank) the on hand is calculated based on this single user value
2. When the user counts an item at multiple locations, the user counts are summed and the summed value is used to calculate the on hand.
