New EOM section for Key Drop Deliveries

      Description

      CFA Request

      Add a new section directly below Welcome message for Last Distributor Invoices. The purpose of the section will be to remove ‘last distributor’ messaging from Welcome message, and highlight it in its own section to improve visibility.

      • New section will be titled “Last Distributor Invoice” and will be located directly below Welcome Message section.
      • New section will be a read only section with hyperlink to access ‘Last Distributor Invoice' form.
      • There will not be a need to complete the section, so ‘complete’ button is not needed.
      • Section will only be available for US Restaurants
