Outside Sales report - Customer column should display as 'blank' when Food Truck or Outside Sale w/ no TBC payment

Scenario - Created both Outside Sales and Food Truck on a lab. Installed latest version of  LiveLink with Food Truck Changes. Injected Data into store 30014 in TESTING. Ran the Outside Sales Report for Operator and I am seeing Systematic Cust Outside Sales.

Steps: Login to Testing with caitlin.chavez /password

Open the Outside Sales Report for 8/12/2022

Defect :  We expect the Outside Sales not tendered with TBC to display a blank customer name. This works when we have just outside sales not tendered with TBC, but somehow Food Truck  transactions mixed with Outside Sales without a Customer Name is not working.
