As a user, I would like the outside sales report to not display the customer name when the sale is not tendered as TBC
Details
This is an update to the existing functionality based on CFA feedback.
The goal is to display a blank record for Customers when an outside sale is not tendered as TBC.
We do not want to remove the customer from these sales. We just do not want the customer to display in the Customer field of the outside sales report.

If the Security Permission is OFF for the user (Operator type user)
- In the Outside Sales report, for any sale not tendered as TBC, the customer field is BLANK
- The customer is still assigned to these non-TBC outside sales types. We are only hiding the customer name in the Outside Sales report.
If the Security Permission is ON for the user (Admin type users)
- All customer names are displayed in the Outside Sales report regardless of the tender type
