EOM - Sales Exclusions - Edit and change Sales Exclusions - list not repopulated as expected

Scenario - as an operator I want to edit the Sales Exclusion Type value of a previously entered sales exclusion entry for the store during the EOM process. When I select the edit icon, display all existing Sales Exclusions available for selection. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1- Login to MXC in JAT to reproduce

2- Change the store to 00442

3- Select EOM menu option 

4- Select the Sales Exclusion accordion 

5- There should be 4 sales Exclusions entered

6- Select the pencil icon for any of the 4 entries and change the Sales Exclusion type.

7- Do this a couple of times and notice the ADD button

Defect:

Eventually, the user will not be able to select ADD. 

This tells me something is slightly wrong.
