As an admin, I would like to be able to set an InFORM site to reference MxNext Cash Management.

Add new config for MxNext Cash Management.

"Enable Mobile2 Cash Management"

Add blank MxNExt pages for the following URLs

2. cfahome.com/M2/Financial/ChangeFund/Changeover
3. cfahome.com/M2/Financial/ChangeFundReceived/Received
4. cfahome.com/M2/Financial/ChangeFundReceived/Deposited
5. cfahome.com/M2/Financial/CustomerSales (Exists in MxNext)
6. cfahome.com/M2/Financial/CollectedSales (Exists in MxNext)
7. cfahome.com/M2/Financial/PaidInOut
8. cfahome.com/M2/Financial/CashierSettlement
9. cfahome.com/M2/Financial/ChangeFund/Closing
10. cfahome.com/M2/Financial/DailyDeposit
11. cfahome.com/M2/Financial/DepositsDispatch
12. cfahome.com/M2/Inventory/Transfer/OpenTransfers?workflow=true (Exists in MxNext)

1. When the config is enabled all Cash Management pages are the MxNext version when accessed from the Workflow or Cash Management menu.
2. For those pages that already exist in MxNext, the correct page is routed when the user accesses them via Workflow or Cash Management
3. When the config is disabled, the MxConnect version is displayed via iframe.
